This tutorial is for resellers who haven’t signed up for the reseller billing system.
Follow these easy steps to add a new client from within the host panel.
Once logged into the host panel (Solid CP)
1. Click on CREATE CUSTOMER
2. Complete the required fields, such as Username, password and Email account. Once completed, click CREATE
3. Now that the new client has been added, you can 1) view their profile, 2) edit account details or 3) change the password
You will notice the ROLE is set to USER, while yours should reflect RESELLER
4. When you click on your ACCOUNT ID, a 1) summary of your customers will display by status and role.
Your Account ID is reflected at the top.
Congratulations! You have successfully added a new client.
