An FTP account will allow you to remotely upload website and database files to your hosting space on the server.
This is recommended to ensure that you do not get stuck using the host panel due to large file sizes, etc.
1. From the dashboard area select FTP ACCOUNTS
2. Click CREATE FTP ACCOUNT
3. Under FTP ACCOUNT PROPERTIES, 1) enter the USER NAME, 2) PASSWORD and select the location the FTP account can access
Select the ROOT FOLDER if you would like to allow full access and click UPDATE
4. The account will now be created
5. Once completed you can view the account under FTP ACCOUNTS
Congratulations! You have now successfully created a FTP account
