Mail lists consist of a collection of names and Email addresses to send material to multiple recipients.
These recipients have to be subscribed to your mailing list in order to receive communication from you and an unsubscribe option should be clearly visible.
1. Select LISTS
2. Click CREATE MAILING LIST
3. On the MAIL LIST PROPERTIES screen, 1) enter the Email address, 2) select the domain from the drop-down menu and then choose the 3) POSTING MODE and enter a PASSWORD if required.
Now you can select the 4) SUBJECT PREFIX OPTIONS and add the 5) MAILING LIST MEMBERS
Once completed, click SAVE
4. The mail list will now SAVE
5. You are now able to view the name of the mail list
