Create New Auto-responder

    An auto-responder is useful when you would like to acknowledge receipt of someone’s Email message.
    The auto-responder can also inform the sender that they are away on leave and provide alternative contact details.

    1.  Selects ACCOUNTS on the dashboard under POP/IMAP EMAIL

    2.  Select an existing mail account

    3.  On the MAIL ACCOUNT PROPERTIES screen 1) ENABLE the auto-responder, 2) enter the SUBJECT LINE, 3) followed by the MESSAGE, then click SAVE

    4.  The account will now save the auto-responder

    Congratulations!  You have successfully created an auto-responder
